Product Designer

We graduated from Y Combinator last December and since have raised a $2M+ seed round. CrowdVolt has been growing rapidly and we are bringing on a full-time designer to support this growth. You’ll be working closely with our team in NYC.

Job Description:

As a Product Designer, you will play a key role in shaping our digital presence across various platforms. You will collaborate closely with our founding team to create visually stunning and user-centric designs. This role requires a unique blend of UI/UX design, motion graphics expertise, and social media knowledge to enhance our brand's digital footprint.

This role is only meant for those wanting to experience wearing all hats at a startup. You can expect to also work across operations, go-to market, social media, and customer support. However, the primary focus of the role is product and design.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement intuitive and engaging UI/UX for web and mobile applications.

- Develop visually appealing and effective social media content that aligns with our brand identity.

- Fill in any gaps the business needs covering a wide variety of disciplines

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a UI/UX designer with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile projects.

- Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, etc.).

- Solid understanding of social media platforms and experience in creating engaging content.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional digital experiences.
